Basically management nags you about why you didnt force a customer to add new services to their plan because they make a commission check off of your sales. I have LITERALLY heard management say "c'mon i need you guys to sell more because my commission check hasnt populated yet".
Level of Autonomy
No you are followed by managers while they try to stay in earshot of your transaction with your customer so that they can issue a coaching on why the customer didnt add more lines of service to their account and why they didnt but our over prices cases/screen protectors. BUT if you can manipulate enough customers into adding stuff by not disclosing savings on their account (aka re-rating the cost of their seevices rather than save them $) then management will leave you alone
