Suggestions for improvement
- Raise base pay and provide seating for employees and more seatings for customers
Too many of the low level managers are fearful. I see a real lack of leadership skills. Too secretive. The environment feels like us and against them. You can't trust a word that is said.
I sit 10 feet from my peers and management, however instant message is our primary form of communication
Constant restructure. More expected. The company is all about cutting costs. That type of environment is toxic.
