Support from Management
Expresses their goals but does not give us tools to work with. When a tool breaks and its to "expensive " to repair we don't get a new tool.
Suggestions for improvement
- At least listen to your craft employees. Sometimes us outside people doing the actual work on our plant can save the company money for the long haul.

I dislike about the employer
In the last few years the company doesn't want to give us the proper tools to do the job or replace any of the tools that have been worn out or broken. No support from our upper management.
