Support from management
My origonal manager was fired (i am not sure why). They then hired a manager with 0 experience... This is never good for moral and no one likes to answer to someone who has no idea what is going on.
Here is a divide between the service desk and the technicians. Somehow it is forgotten that the techs do the actual work and arethe backbone of the company. The service desk are glorified secretaries that feel they have authority. This rift makes for difficult work environment.
