Long term employees and good employees are not appreciated. The lack of pay increase based on work performance shows that. It is never in the budget to increase good workers pay when it is deserved from excellent performance.

The maintenance shop is outdated and small, although the management office is heated and cooled properly. The maintenance tools are old and outdated.
