The training program is great. The management communicates with employees. Also the turnover rate is very low. I’ve seen very little people quit or get fired due to the training they have. I’ve seen many people move up and many people succeed and be where they want to be
I think people today do not have the work ethics that they did in the past but that is not the company's fault . today's workers are about self entitlement and not for the company and or team
You get back what you put in
Once again its the petty squabbles of others that give company's a bad rap . if employees were more proactive and had more pride in ones work , not what everyone else ids doing the place would clean itself up and the other benefit's would follow.
