What I like

Some individuals work hard & do good work to help veterans. They care a lot about patient experience and taking steps now to improve future veteran healthcare. Working with these individuals was a pleasure.

What I dislike

Keeping problematic employees and just moving them to a different department (especially high level positions).

Suggestions for improvement

More training and resources. Not just online modules.
