Suggestions for improvement
- If you are going to punish your employees for not allowing disrespecting comments whether racial or sexual in nature and tell them to pass to managers, someone should be there to take the chat or call and investigate. Really felt these things were unimportant and keeping those customers was more important to the company.
I like about the employer
Co workers were very nice. Pretty much left you to do your job.
