Suggestions for improvement
- Start listening to your staff, motivate them, inspire them though your examples, do more one-on-one training, act as though you actually do care about your staff. They are the back of your company. It is a business about caring for people, care about your staff too. Don't just highlight them once or twice a year, really know the people who work for you as an individual and you will create a devoted employee who will stay with you even when new companies are building new communities. By all use the words, "thank you". It doesn't cost anything to do that type of motivation. Don't let your mangers hide in their offices. Pitching in when needed sets a good example for motivation. No job should be too small for a manger to help out with.
