Suggestions for improvement
- HR needs to train VP on discrimination law before class action suit.
You need to direct your own career - don't expect a lot of help
Lots of really smart people work here
Very youth oriented - like to hire new grads
lack of direction, need to chart your own course and follow through yourself, expect little career help
Pay seems to be a bit low, but the benefits are pretty good, not sure if they completely make up for the pay though
