Suggestions for improvement
- HR needs to train VP on discrimination law before class action suit.
Company culture encouraged back-stabbing and stepping on others to raise yourself.
The project manager was a bully who thrived on instilling fear in his peons.
Employees were afraid to help others because they were given unrealistic deadlines and any time helping someone else was time they weren't finishing their own work.
There was some effort to fit people to their skill set, but not much.
