Sorority atmosphere, in business, just doesn't belong. A lot of double standards.

Defensive, can do no wrong, in conflict situations, incomprehensible decisions made daily in serious safety areas, close minded to new ideas, in basics like merchandising
Level of Autonomy
Favorite employees sure give prime hours to make sales, others are labeled "under performers".
No one is direct, honest, or professionals in their daily communications with fellow employees. The standard for reprimand is so light, even on serious issues, that associates don't realize they are being reprimanded.
