Support from Management
No training, never received an performance appraisal after working there for a year. Turn over rate high. No room for growth.
Suggestions for improvement
- Store mgr needs to be on the sales floor more and work with her people instead of being in her office. Develop your people!!
I like about the employer
The discount and paid time off when u could use it. But it was always hard to request days off bc higher mgmt would get it over you.
