What I dislike about the company
The unspoken company policy at vinebrook is to learn what you can from newly hired people then either make them uncomfortable so they'll leave, or come up with a reason to fire them even if you have to amend company policy to do so. During my time at the company I witnessed several supervisor changes, a vice president being fired, a portfolio mgr. Fired and around 18 office and 10 tradesmen let go or pressured out. This all happened in under a 2 year period. This could probably be verified by the state of Ohio dept. Of taxation. Good luck if you adventurous enough to take a chance with your career at vinebrook homes.
