Easy to work with. However some of the executive staff are making decisions over their heads.
Support from management
Great company, wonderful people, inexperienced in the corporate chain of responsibility, fragmented management structure.
A rare population of smart and respectful people.
Freedom to work independently
A relatively new corporation that has grown faster than its rate of knowledge.
Not clear about chain of command or policies.
Very favorable to woman!
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not many older people. A very young staff.
Don't know yet.
Overall compensation for your work
Average, with the growth of the company in the last few years being unbelievable, salaries could be better.
Very aware of personnel safety and security.
Couldn't be better to the employee.
An incredibly popular brand in a short amount of time.
Huge growth, and I believe that the job security is better than average.
ADA compliant, and accommodating to the disabled.
Very clean interior, with an evolving security policy.
Very good product.
Inclusive / Diverse
Not so much....
Suggestions for improvement
- Start developing a budget that is comprehensive and planned in its sequence. Also, re-evaluate some of the managerial positions and utilize the more experienced personnel with more autonomy.
What I like about the company
The owners and most of the executive staff are beyond excellent when thinking about accessibility, friendliness, ease of communication.
What I dislike about the company
It's a new company that is growing faster than any financial consultant could imagine, but the executive staff is inexperienced in the corporate side and some of the policies and org. charts are skewed in an unproductive way.
