Support from Management
The leadership has no integrity or responsibility to their employees.
Chaotic business model so it is very difficult for anyone to focus. People in the trenches are constantly trying to cover their decisions. Can't blame them.
Level of Autonomy
It is a dictatorship to the highest degree. Sales reps who "perform" and marketing are treated fairly. CS is treated as a nuisance
