Company was very fair and tried to work with everyone on schedules and different runs.
Support from Management
Leadership was friendly and easy to talk to, and they would try to make schedules that worked for everyone.
Depending on the team you were sent out with they could be great, friendly, and easygoing, and others were a bit rude and refused to share the workload.
Level of Autonomy
For the most part, everything was fairly distributed, and all work stations would have rotations.
