- Complete attitude adjustemt setting realistic expectations, Upper management needs to meet the customers rather than avoid them. Recognize those employees that are loyal and contribute to the company. Stop the bleeding by reducing budgets by making great talent get away. They are going in the complete opposite direction they need to go.
