Suggestions for improvement
- Care about your employees-don't continue to undermind. when employees come to you about situations, don't try to sweep under the rug and pretend they don't exist
I believe that the main executives of the company as a whole believe in their mission, but it all comes down to filling the seats of each program and having them sit in class the first day. Money is what drives them and federal aide pays out after they attend the first few days .
It's a competive field being a for profit school. Goals must be met if you want to keep your job. So the staff tend to focus on their own work and would only help out if you had made an agreement nor they planned to steal your leads, which was usually the case. The management tends to encourage the them to compete against each other to just fill the seats instead of working as a team in the best interest of the student. It was hard to stay motivated in that environment and hard to uphold a lot of unethical requests from management to focus on filling certain program by guiding and promoting it to the potential students until fillled instead of really being focus of the students wants and needs.
