Suggestions for improvement
- I wish that the schedulers would really explain insurance to the patients and that front desk folks would make sure patients understand their benefits before the doctor sees them... so what they have to pay for is understood.
What I like about the company
My boss is friendly and fair. I've only been working for the company for 2 months.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of education to the patients.
