Suggestions for improvement
- Stop treating your employees like dirt. Be fair across the board. Have your employees backs when patients treat them like dirt. Make our employees feel valued and not just another body or field worker JUST to make you more money. LISTEN to your employees when they need to vent and are fed up with the disruptive operational flow of the workplace.

What I dislike about the company
Management believes EVERYTHING a patient tells them that is negative about their employees. The employee is never 'asked' what happened. The patient is always right-even when they're wrong. The favoritism is crazy in this place! If you don't kiss a** then be prepared to be treated like one. The amount work we do we are NOT compensated for. You're being paid at lease $3-$5 beneath your worth at this money-hungry place. Management ONLY cares about the money coming in. Sit there and take the rudeness, cuss outs, embarrassment from patients..AS LONG as they are seen and money is exchanged its all good!
