I was with the company for 15 years. I began to feel that there was more of a concern for checking the boxes in documents rather than providing excellent health care.
Support from Management
The manager of our unit was not personable and often appeared not to have empathy toward her employees.
I had a personal issue a few years back and I was afraid I would lose my job. We had 6 allowable call outs and I was written up after my 6th. Other companies are much more generous . As a result, I had to get fmla.
