Very little if any praise for work done. NO BONUSES
Support from management
Lots of talk with little action.
GM is a Micro-manager
Employees get along with each other
Freedom to work independently
Your ideas become company ideas 6 months later
Have regular meetings with very little positive news
Not a long term job
Overall compensation for your work
Good hourly pay for experience. Worst insurance package I ever had!!!
Office / Work Environment
Fairly safe shop
Working hours good. Vacation most any time, although it take 5 years to earn 2 weeks!
Very obscure company
Thought job was secure, proved otherwise
Abides by all OSHA standards
Again, No praise for work completed with zero defects or completed early
Inclusive / Diverse
Suggestions for improvement
- A nice "Job well done" once in a while would go a long way!!!
What I like about the company
4 day work week
What I dislike about the company
Ownership team so busy selling product they have no clue of internal problems. GM makes sure to keep them in the dark.
