Ground breaking educational model.

Job Security

As long as students enroll, you have a job. There is no guarantee.

What I like about the company

The administration is very helpful and everyone is focused on making the school the best it can be. It is all about the kids.

What I dislike about the company

Because of the state budget cycle for Charter Schools, the full time positions (if any) are posted in March and you need to start right away. It makes it difficult to transition from a brick and mortar school which ends in June.
