The Company Values are nice, but not necessarily adhered to.
Support from Management
Leadership tends to be top down, not inclusive. Cliques vs. defined roles.
Teams work well together for the most part.
Level of Autonomy
All decisions and work is directed by Founders top down.
Due to lack of planning things change constantly, and at the last minute.
There is favoritism, and definitely a bias to males vs. female workers.
