Lack of Structured Leadership
The Company Values are nice, but not necessarily adhered to.
Support from management
Leadership tends to be top down, not inclusive. Cliques vs. defined roles.
Teams work well together for the most part.
Freedom to work independently
All decisions and work is directed by Founders top down.
Due to lack of planning things change constantly, and at the last minute.
There is favoritism, and definitely a bias to males vs. female workers.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The founders like to be surrounded by younger workers (in their 20's) partially because they think its cool, partly because they pay less, partly because the younger ones will do as told vs. have ideas and discussions.
Unless you are in the clique, forget it.
Overall compensation for your work
Several pay cuts, perk reductions as the company has not been doing well.
Office / Work Environment
Office is nice, open floor system. Can get noisy at times.
Not on the radar
Chaotic, lack of planning ends up with long hours.
They image is innovation and rebellion, but there is lack of planning and lack of focus.
Company has had another layoff.
Not applicable. There is an elevator, the office is easy to get around. But they aren't that big.
Seems to be safe.
Its top down, not bottom up thinking.
Inclusive / Diverse
There are cliques, and nepotism.
Suggestions for improvement
- Founders need to let someone experienced lead the company.
What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company
