Employees receive praise when a patient mentions something good they've done however it rarely comes from management.
Support from Management
Leadership is void. The owner/Doctor has episodes of anger at patients and employee's. There is no "official" training either. It's all on the job experience and when you don't get it right the first time the Doctor and other staff gets upset. The manager fields all customer complaints and makes promises that can't be kept most of the time.
