Culture of GREED stifles customer service and has everyone seeking the majority of staff members seeking employment elsewhere. Working understaffed daily is lousy customer service and unsustainable stress level for most that are afraid to speak up.
Support from management
Upper management is extremely egotistic, cold, disconnected people that threaten employees in their understaffed stores daily.
Salaried store managers paid to work 40hrs, are frequently forced to work 60 to 70 hrs per week wuth no way to recover their time. Quality of life for most store managers is terrible.
Teams in every store work very hard daily to deliver the requested results, but are sumarily told it's not good enough.
Freedom to work independently
Most stores are grossly understaffed making the daily the stress levels a health hazzard.
Information is plentiful, but cannot be realistically executed due to extreme staffing restrictions.
Playing of "favorites" is rampant.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Everyone is treated with the same "work or get fired" disdain.
Training for advancement is provided for upper mngmt "favorites" only.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
Along with the requirement to do more with much less, the software currently in use is at least 20 years old and makes the job extremely difficult and painstakingly slow. There is adequare heat and air condition functioning in each location.
Not sure. All they talk about is money.
Hrly employees are not to work any overrime even if customer service must suffer drastically. Salaried employees are regularly abused with working one and a half or more of weekly agreed time.
The company has great potential to have happy employees if they didn't focus in making everyone feel inefficient and down all the time. The company image does not reflect reality at all. One of their posted slogans is "People Matter". Just not the ones that work for them unfortunately.
Very shaky. Praised on Monday, threatened on Tuesday. No exaggeration.
Sufficient compliance from what I have seen.
The work is very challenging and a detail oriented combination of medical and retail.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse cultures and races employed, but do not seem to give much consideration to feedback from store employees.

- Fot better results companywide, Provide better training and learn to mentor with no threats.
