In the last year the company has lost its way. Changes are focused on fear and intimidation and not constructive communication.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change the upper management and go back to patient focused medicine. Treat your employees with respect and dignity.
What I like about the company
Years ago it was a great place to work focused on patient care.
What I dislike about the company
Now it is only about numbers and productivity. They do not care about the patients or the employees.
