Huge bias by management in degreed and non-degreed employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Eliminate management, hire people who have a proven track record, not who are there by default.
I like about the employer
Location, employees, benefits are all great!
I dislike about the employer
Unskilled management, "you don't like it, leave" immature management style. No concern for employee well being following shift of all HR to the UK in 2015. No skilled benefits/employee relations personnel in U.S.
