Suggestions for improvement
- Provide a onsite childcare for employees. Many mothers and fathers go months without seeing their children due to industry trends and the demands of "crunch time". Remove the HR Management/Business/Facilities/and Events staff and replace them with individuals that lead by example, that are experienced with the process and needs of game development, that care about acquiring tier 1 talent, who are interested in running an ethical business with less politics. They have a ton of talent however no one challenges these individuals to achieve their maximum potential. Stop burning out your talent and set the bar higher for the upper management employees, management should lead by example not set a bad example for the other managers to follow.
What I like about the company
Great place to get your foot in the door, if you work hard (depending on who your boss is) you (or your boss) will get recognized and eventually compensated.
Awesome co-workers just don't make too many friends they won't be around for long. Fun work environment although political correctness is not valued, if you are offended easily, then this is not your ideal work place.
