Suggestions for improvement
- Fix the tech in stores to save your employees and customers massive frustration. Ship the Spark orders on time; deliver the service we are promising to the customers when we sign them up.
What I like about the company
Have some great interactions with the customers, and the opportunity to help them with their goals.
What I dislike about the company
The company is pressuring the stores to promote Auto Delivery in order to increase web sales. Which could drive customers away from the stores or drive them away entirely as the service has had multiple glitches and failures with mistakes, delayed delivery, etc.
