Suggestions for improvement
- Seek out people with ideas that can help the company move forward instead of holding onto people that don’t do their jobs.
Manager of Training, has absolutely no experience in the field beyond his time within this very disorganized and unprofessional environment. I find myself managing up to someone with deaf ears.
Too much autonomy. Projects and tasks are never given proper structuring, deadlines, or required information.
Fantastic facility and tech resources. Unfortunately they are wasted on too many people that haven't a clue what their job is.
