- Hire and pay good customer service employees so they will stay . The turnover rate is huge !!!!!!!
I like about the employer
I like the 10 hr shifts and having 3 days off each week . The team is great and working together is never much of an opportunity unless we are slow then we meet up .
I dislike about the employer
Hate there home office and call center is horrible,many data entry people are young and clueless as to what there job is .
