When several employees are requested to put their job ahead of their family in order to be valued is too much.
Support from management
Managers need to learn how to support the surrounding departments. They also need to support the members of their team that get things done.
Freedom to work independently
Nepotism takes priority of any other skill. Talent needs to be rewarded not put down.
Limited to a few connected employees.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
Try to be but miss the mark on execution.
Too many complaints from customers on BBB site.
Required by law.
It is challenging because of software being outdated.
Suggestions for improvement
- The department needs to appreciate its talent pool. To many have left that were excellent employees.
- Be fair.
