Suggestions for improvement
- Give more autonomy to employees. If you hire someone to do a job, make sure they have the tools and privileges to do so.
- Answer e-mails promptly. Not answering e-mails with requests for feedback makes it look like you don't care.
- Unless you're prepared to employ lower-end talent, your company must pay MUCH more - 15 to 20 percent more.
- Regardless of industry, you should allow ample days off, with pay. Insufficient rest time undermines quality of work.
