Culture is very dictating. Joyful engagements are limited to the senior executives. It would be helpful to include the staff.

Decision making does not include key personnel.
Team work is touted but not actually encouraged.

Decisions are restricted to executive management.
Depends on what executive you are associated with.

- The entire Senior Executive Team should be replaced.
What I like about the company
Sorry, but there wasn't anything to like once my original manager retired.
What I dislike about the company
Culture, bad attitude towards employees, lack of opportunity if employees was not directly associated with a popular executive, unfair tactics for hiring/firing.
