Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to not be afraid to get in the weeds with the staff listen to problems that they encounter and try hands on to get a better understanding of issues that staff face. They also need to develop a better respect for the people that do the hard part of making the organization successful instead of going into a conference room and thinking of ways to make staff feel unappreciative.
