In its prime, the company was home as well as work, in a good way. The CEO had the right feelers out there to guide the social avenues correctly.
Support from Management
In general, management was proactive and long viewed in approach. Some departments, not so much.
Level of Autonomy
Not a negative, just not generally part of the culture. More team focused.
Management was the only real route for progression.
