What I like about the company
Vocus has a great office with amazing amenities like a gym and table games. The atmosphere is collaborative and the workforce is young and energetic.
What I dislike about the company
The job stability, or lack thereof, was disappointing and the coaching and guidance from managers was very bad. The managers assigned to you barely had any more experience than you did and had just as little guidance from their own superiors. It was almost as if it was the blind leading the blind.
