This organization has so many wonderful staff who enjoy what they do and they do it well. Acknowledging unfortunately is given only to Directors in this company.
Support from management

The most efficient equipment is given to the corporate office.
Social matters are not addressed with employees.
Only salaried employees benefit.
Employees speak fondly of the clients they serve but not of the company itself. They also praise the support of their co-workers. Those in upper management could do so much better in providing it.
When you resign you are escorted out.

What I like about the company
The clients were wonderful as were the general staff. We constantly verbalized our appreciation for each other.

Upper management would greatly benefit by listening to the staff and being more supportive and appreciative.
