- Be approachable and get to know your staff
There is no culture. It works like how they feel each day.
The leadership there has unrealistic goals and vision mainly because they have no idea how to run a call center.
There really isn't a career development plan. There are only 2 real positions to have there and there is no development to get there.
Very intense. The threat of losing your job is real there. There is no process for termination/separation.
