Suggestions for improvement
- Organization development and change management is severely needed. A culture of quality and best practices should be established and sustained
I like about the employer
ability to give back to the community, to provide service to the underserved.
I dislike about the employer
New and objective leadership is needed. Hourly employees are treated differently than salaried. HR is ineffective and hostile, passive aggressive. Mediocrity it the norm and is embraced vs improved upon.
