There have been a lot of changes over the last three years. There are individuals who make the floor extremely bright and welcoming, but the company policies are more restrictive and tend to punish people with large personalities.
Support from Management
Much of the leadership tends to "manage up," spending more time trying to impress their bosses than trying to improve their teams. There are fortunate bright spots, and my manager is one of them, but there's many who aren't.
