What I like about the company
After purchase all employees believed this would be an opportunity for growth and further strength in our industry
What I dislike about the company
Executive leadership grossly unqualified for defense industry and refused to listen to employees whose tenure at the company were 10 years or longer. New leadership proceeded to rid the company of all long term talent and those employees with proprietary knowledge and leadership skills. Company has consistently lost money since new management regime has been in place.
