Suggestions for improvement
- Cultural sensitity training. Focus adming teams to work on specific areas if not able to deal or value other cultures. A worldwide company must be able to work in the worldwide market.
What I like about the company
The image of a worldwide organization, initial compensation package.
What I dislike about the company
Two predominant cultures, Chinese and American (USA). This left little room for diversity beyond. My territory was Latin America an the Caribbean and part of my responsiblity was to mediate clients from those areas with the company; a very difficutl task.
