I am not sure but there are dedicated safety programs in place with adequate training.
This depends on the role. My agreement was based on an standard agreement but many people work long hours and some weekends.

Hard to say as I did not stay myself. Turnover was very high during my time there.
The site provided resources to be accessible by disabled employees, but the shop floor did not have any disabled employees that I was aware of.
I was only aware of a couple of minor accidents. There is ongoing training and awareness.
The work is challenging for a single primary person. There were a large variety of technologies in place.

The IT Team in the US is relatively small and more specialized than diverse.
