Suggestions for improvement
- Keep health and wellness incentives - maybe make them a little harder to obtain so you weed out the people who are abusing the system. Raise the company contribution to the 401K since the pension plan was frozen. Give at minimum 5-7% wage increase on a yearly basis instead of having expensive parties throughout the year for the employees.
What I like about the company
I love working for the company. The people are great.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of all the features being taken away, such as freezing the pension plan. They're taking away our health and wellness program as they say it costs them money. Lots of things continue to be taken away, but we're not getting much in return.
