They have hidden agendas and do not want opinions. They want people that just say yes even when they are making unethical decisions.

Attitude towards older colleagues
Was told I needed to fire someone who worked for the company for 16 years because "she was old and frumpy looking and not the image they were looking for."
Performance does not matter if the right people like you then you will move up fast.
