Company needs to be more transparent. Upper management always had hidden agenda
Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the associates. Just because someone is in upper management doesn't mean they is telling the truth. To many hidden agendas. Promotion are based on who likes you, should be based on performance.
What I like about the company
You need little experience to start, they will train
What I dislike about the company
They are focused on people with four year degrees. They do poor job taking care of their long term employees.
