Suggestions for improvement
- Like I said before, we really need to keep that turnover rate low so that morale can grow higher. I'd like to see the new members of my "work family" show passion and enthusiasm to grow and advance within our company.
What I like about the company
Having the ability to grow within a company is HUGE! I am thankful for my supportive supervisors and management team.
What I dislike about the company
Please try to reduce the turnover rate. Perhaps look at hiring only those who wish to pursue advancement opportunities within our company. Our work can be hard/pressuring sometimes, but I know that as long as I have my "work family" by my side, we can move mountains! Our "work family" is the reason we NEED low turnover and new employees that are actually passionate about our company and want to be part of our long-term work family.
